I ordered most recently this: BMW R65 1984 – worn out throttle cam and twist grip splines Came in record time and now fitted has made me realise that the bike has been down on power due to a sticking and slipping throttle mechanism ever since I have owned it. Great help from the guys yesterday
Just a note to say thanks. Great help from the guys yesterday, especially Brian who patiently discussed my clutch problem with me. Ordered the parts at about lunchtime and nearly tripped over the package this morning at 08.30 when I was going out the front door!! Not bad for Perth to Sydney, and all the bits available for my 30 plus year old bike too. Hopefully I’ll be on the road for the weekend as planned.
