Hi there I just want to say thank you. I ordered most recently this: BMW R65 1984 – worn out throttle cam and twist grip splines Came in record time and now fitted has made me realise that the bike has been down on power due to a sticking and slipping throttle mechanism ever since I have owned it. I love your site, great reliable service. Whilst you guys are around I’ll never go anywhere else. Thanks heaps

Many thanks Brian and everyone for all your help. I finally got the bearing carrier out and it was the pin as you thought Brian, somehow it had worked its way loose. The whole area does seem original and nothing had moved so I tapped the pin back in and filled the space with solder and used a centre punch to crimp the end over that I reckon it should work ok. The parts I ordered arrived today which once again is amassing. You all rock over there. I ordered a Clymers manual with the order, you informed me Brian that it was out of stock and you had them on a back order. Could you send me one when you get them in.
