Description
The Deutsch DT Series of environmentally-sealed connectors are designed specifically for Deutsch cable to cable applications where even a small degradation in connection may be critical. The Deutsch DT Series general purpose connectors help provide reliability and performance at the lowest cost.
Deutsch’s corrosion resistant thermoplastic bodies are manufactured from high quality materials selected for their ability to withstand years of environmental exposure. Thermoplastic housings and silicone seals have a wide operating temperature range (-55°C to +125°C rated). It means the Deutsch DT series connectors will maintain a reliable connection even in conditions of extreme temperature and moisture.
Thermoplastic (-55°C to +125°C rated) housings and silicone seals are used, allowing the connector to withstand conditions of extreme temperature and moisture. Deutsch DT connectors simplify design and provide exceptional performance in critical environments. The Deutsch Industrial Common Contact System is a unique system of interchangeable and intermatable contacts that can be used in many Deutsch industrial connectors. The connector will accept either solid-copper crimp type contacts for critical circuits or budget-minded stamped and formed contacts. Easy-to-use indent crimpers create a high-quality crimp allows Deutsch contacts to provide reliable, low resistance power and data transmission.
Many manufacturers count on Deutsch DT connector kits to maintain the connection of essential equipment. The expense of even minor damage to electrical systems can quickly add up as entire operations need to be stopped while the problem is diagnosed. The Deutsch DT Series offers field-proven reliability so you can be confident they are right for your application.
Applications for the Deutsch DT series include automotive (chassis, cabin, engine bay, driveline, interior, aftermarket accessories, caravans, 4X4), Marine, Harsh Environment & Heavy Equipment.
