Are items listed in your BMW Motorcycle catalogue in stock?

We endeavour to keep as many items in stock as possible.  Approximately 90% of the items listed on our website are in stock at any time. If some of the goods you have ordered are not in stock, we can either send the complete order when they arrive or send out of stock items at a later date.

Can I order goods not shown in the BMW parts catalogue?

We can obtain most parts from our suppliers around the world. Delivery times vary & are based on how often we order from that particular supplier. Most items are obtainable within 14-21 days. Orders for non stock items are pre-paid only. Any non stock items ordered will not be accepted for return unless they are faulty or were supplied incorrectly.

How can I pay for my order?

Payment can be made by credit card, by direct deposit into our bank account or cheque.

How are my BMW motorcycle parts sent?

The majority of our orders are sent by StarTrack courier in airfreight satchels.

We also send goods by Australia Post Express and Parcel Post satchels.

Will you supply technical advice for my BMW motorcycle?

For technical advice when fitting parts purchased from us, please call between 3pm and 5pm (Western Australian time). We will try to help whenever possible, however please remember that we are not always available to answer your queries as we are dealing with customers and their orders. It is difficult for us to diagnose problems over the phone.

Many components require fitting skills that take years of experience to acquire. If you do not own the correct tools or do not have the necessary experience, then entrust the job to someone who is qualified.

Do you have a catalogue of second hand BMW motorcycle parts?

As our stock of second hand parts is constantly changing, we do not keep a stock list. As a guide, secondhand parts are generally about 33-50% of the cost of the new item. Please remember these items are secondhand and may be coming off a bike up to 30 years old.

The vast majority of our secondhand stock is to fit BMW R series 2 valve models from 1970-95 and BMW K models from 1983-1992. BMW Motorcycle parts for G/S models are difficult to come by. Contact us to check on availability.
